The Sprint requires approximately 3 hours of your time across two weeks — one scoping conversation, one review before go-live, the manager training session, and two check-in calls. The Full Build requires 6–8 hours across four weeks. I do the heavy lifting.

If your gap map showed problems across multiple touchpoints — or if you're not sure which one is the root cause — that's typically a Full Build situation.
